Unable to download orders

Problem

Orders are not transferring from Fishbowl to ShipWorks.

Solution

There are a number of things that could cause this issue. Here are a few basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check that the Fishbowl Server and the ILC Shipworks Integration service are both running.

  2. Try the “Service Ok” URL from a browser to see if the service is accessible (i.e., localhost:30000).

  3. Check that the Fishbowl user and password in the configuration file have not changed under the API service section.
