Introduction

Installation

1. Obtain the TrackTraceRX Plugin from your ILC On Boarding Specialist.
   This will be a Java JAR file with the following filename tracktracerx-*.jar
2. Shutdown your Fishbowl Client and Server
3. Copy the JAR file to the Fishbowl Plugins directory

   Ex. C:\Program Files\Fishbowl\plugins\

4. Start your Fishbowl Server and Client.

Configuration

To configure your TrackTraceRX Plugin for your account, you will need to obtain the following information.

1. TrackTraceRX API Key
2. Location UUIDs
   1. Default Location UUID
   2. Ship From Address UUID
   3. Sold By Address UUID

With this information you will be able to configure the plugin for your TrackTraceRX account.

To configure:

1. Start the Fishbowl Client.
2. Login as Admin.
3. Navigate to the Setup → TrackTraceRX menu group.
4. In this module, navigate to Tools → Module Options in the menu group.
5. In the new popup for module options, copy and paste values for the appropriate configuration settings.
6. Restart your Fishbowl Client to take effect.

Testing

In the TrackTraceRX Fishbowl plugin we a few tools for bar-code scanner validation and inventory lookup tests.  To access these tests navigate to:

Setup → TrackTraceRX in the menu group in Fishbowl.
