Problem

Orders are not transferring from Fishbowl to Shipworks

Solution

There are a number of issues that could cause this issue. Here are a few basic troubleshooting steps.

  1. Check that the Fishbowl Server and the ILC Shipworks Integration service are both running

  2. Try the “Service Ok” url from a browser to see if the service is accessible; i.e. localhost:30000

  3. Check that the fishbowl user and password in the configuration file have not changed under the api service section
