Orders are not transferring from Fishbowl to ShipworksShipWorks. |
Solution
There are a number of issues things that could cause this issue. Here are a few basic troubleshooting steps.:
Check that the Fishbowl Server and the ILC Shipworks Integration service are both running.
Try the “Service Ok” url URL from a browser to see if the service is accessible ; (i.e., localhost:30000).
Check that the fishbowl Fishbowl user and password in the configuration file have not changed under the api API service section.
